The Mill Creek City Council plans to conduct a regular meeting at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, July 6th.
This public meeting will be made available for a limited few residents in person in city council chambers and via a virtual Zoom conference.
According to their preliminary agenda they want to discuss parking at Vintage Housing, funds to be received from the American Rescue Plan Act, the purchase of a public works truck, and changes to the city's staff.
As part of this meeting there will be a public hearing to present a proposed Amendment to the Public Records Rules and fee schedule for Public Records Management.
They also plan to discuss potential litigation and evaluate the city manager's performance in a closed executive session.
If they decide to take action after the executive session it will be done in an open session.
Regular meetings of the Mill Creek City Council are normally held on the first, second, and fourth Tuesdays of each month commencing at 6:00 pm.
Public participation and interest in these meetings is encouraged and very much appreciated.
The public may present comments to the city council in writing prior to the meeting or via the telephone conference call during the meeting.
