Mill Creek City Council Meeting - September 28th

The Mill Creek City Council plans to conduct a regular meeting at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, September 28th.

This public meeting will be made available for a limited few residents in person in city council chambers and via a virtual Zoom conference.

According to their Preliminary Agenda they want to discuss the city’s Communication and Marketing, the city’s definition of capital engineering, the city’s use of federal American Rescue Plan Act funds, supplying a School Resource Officer to the Everett School District, and the use of Covid-19 vaccine passports within the city.

They also plan to conduct a closed executive session to discuss the city manager’s performance, negotiations on a publicly bid contract, and potential litigation against the city.

If they decide to take action in the executive session they will do so in open session.

Regular meetings of the Mill Creek City Council are normally held on the first, second, and fourth Tuesdays of each month commencing at 6:00 pm. 

Public participation and interest in these meetings is encouraged and very much appreciated.

The public may present comments to the city council in writing prior to the meeting or via the Zoom interface during the meeting.
