TechFest Bothell

Community college students and faculty, high school students and parents, industry leaders, and recruiters converge at Cascadia College's North Creek Event Center for the first annual TechFest Bothell on Wednesday, May 1, 2019, from 3:00 to 7:00 pm.

Attendees to this free event will explore the future of tech and tech education in the Puget Sound region through presentations, breakout sessions, and networking opportunities.

A professional networking session with refreshments will be held from 6:00 to 7:00 pm.

The event features Keynote Speaker Alice Steinglass, the president of Code.org, a nonprofit organization working to increase access to computer science in education.

Breakout Sessions include Women in Technology; Getting a Job in Tech – Advice from a Recruiter; and Professional Networking 101.

There is no charge for attendance, but parking is $5 at any campus location.
